Production Timelines

Stickers can be mailed the following day.
Keychains need 3-5 days to complete. This will be mailed after 3 days as the soonest possible time up to 5 days from payment.

Shipping

I use USPS First Class shipping with tracking number with most of my orders. Most of my customers receive their package within the next day. However, due to the holiday rush, USPS has already sent notices for increase in shipping prices and shipping delays. Please plan accordingly.

If you prefer to have insurance on your package, then Priority Mail shipping is for you. Please email me if you prefer this method so I can check pricing for you.

I don't make any guarantees on the shipping accuracy of USPS. I don't work for them. If your mail is lost, please contact me so I can help submit a claim to USPS.

Free Shipping/ Pick Up/ Delivery

Stickers/ labels ship for free on USPS First Class shipping when you spend $25+ at my store. Discount Code is FREESHIP.

You can't combine this discount with anything else.

If your address is within 5 miles of Diamond Bar, I can deliver for FREE. Some cities I've delivered to are Diamond Bar, Brea, Walnut, Chino Hills and Rowland Heights. Just contact me before you order and we can make some arrangement.

Packaging

While I do my best to pack orders safely, I am not responsible for any damages during shipping. However, please let me know if you received a damaged item.

Also, I try to use recycled materials (ie boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, bubble mailers, etc). I try to reuse packaging materials whenever possible & encourage you to do the same. Please note that recycled packaging will not affect the quality or condition of your purchased item.

Return Policy

These are personalized items, and because they are made to your specificatioms, I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
